Onwards

So remember how I terribly and miserably failed my August picture a day challenge? How I made it for 24 days and then just completely left the other 7 days unfinished? Well that's a pretty darn good representation of my life these days - I get good ideas, I might even make good at starting them, but following through to completion is a rare occasion. They usually are left about 75% done. Yep, that's my story now - Miss 3/4. It's the best I can do at 30 weeks pregnant. At least I try, right? Sort of...

So I'm moving onwards to September, this time making no challenges - Lord knows my life in these final weeks of pregnancy is challenging enough. And we're moving onwards to the fall. I don't care that its been 100 degrees for the last 2 weeks and the hottest part of the summer so far. I'm moving on to fall. It's time. I need it to be the season in which this baby will come join us. To celebrate the last official weekend of the summer we hit up the pool closing festivities at our swim club yesterday. They did a Duck Dive for prizes for the little kids and a Beer Dive for the adults - yep, family fun for all!!

A successful beer dive, cleary.

Isaac lined up for the 5-6 year old heat of the duck dive.  He's intense.

Isaac and Meg contemplating their future together.

Audrey and Lauren taking a swim time out for bubbles.

Jeff diving for beer in the deep end.  A proud moment.

Now, on to fall please......
